Mode Encore 2 Keyboard

Mode Encore 2 Keyboard

When it comes to keyboards, I highly recommend the Mode Encore 2 Keyboard, which is set to launch soon. The original sold out quickly, and I just love Mode keyboards. What makes them special is the level of customizability—from the finishes to the keycaps, switches, and plates. Customizing one feels like tuning up a car.

This new Encore 2 features four additional colorways, and I opted for a light finish with oak wood, continuing Mode’s collaboration with Matthew Encina. It comes with linear switches, which I find better for productivity. Paired with the modern material keycaps, the keyboard looks stunning with its oak-and-cream design. It’s sleek, functional, and my current favorite for daily use.

Therabody SmartGoggles

Therabody SmartGoggles

This is a product that I’ve started using every day before bed, and it is the Therabody goggles. It looks goofy, I will admit, and it kind of looks like a Vision Pro with a case on it. But let me explain—it is an accessory that allows you to practice relaxation, mindfulness, and decompress before bed. As someone who spends a lot of time in front of a screen, I do find that, at night, sometimes my eye sockets or the area around them might be a little bit sore, which can make it a little harder to sleep.

Each night, I just go ahead and put this on my face. I have it set to one of the three modes, which is the sleep mode. It then gives me a warm and soothing face massage that massages the temples and the eye sockets.

It’s like a 15-minute routine that kind of puts you in your world. You can control the heat and the vibration, or you can take it to the next level by adding soothing sounds through the app. Its principles are reducing stress, soothing headaches, and easing eye strain.

Even though a lot of accessories that I’ve tried don’t do any of these things properly, this one does. It gives you a massage and a very relaxing experience. As I said, I’ve used this every single night before bed, and I love it. I genuinely look forward to it every single.

LG MyView UltraWide Smart Monitor

 LG MyView UltraWide Smart Monitor

The next product right here is an incredible value: the LG MyView UltraWide Smart Monitor. It offers so many amazing features, not only as a monitor on its own for productivity—great for students and especially for those with limited space—but also as a multimedia hub for TV shows, movies, and streaming platforms. If you want a single monitor that works seamlessly for both your computer and entertainment needs, then this is the perfect product for you.

For starters, it is a 34-inch ultrawide monitor that is curved. It has an 1800R curve radius, which provides just enough immersion without being too extreme. Additionally, it features a 21:9 aspect ratio, giving you more screen real estate. Beyond the benefits of watching movies and utilizing every millimeter of the display, it is also excellent for productivity. You can have multiple windows and documents open at the same time, making it easy to cross-reference them.

On top of that, it has WebOS built in, which makes it a smart monitor. You can navigate through menus and enjoy your home office setup, gaming, music, and more. It allows you to install and label your streaming platforms and organize them exactly how you want. I love how LG has integrated WebOS into its peripheral products.

Honestly, if I were considering a monitor for a bedroom, a student dorm room, or even a compact home office, this would be my top choice—especially given its amazing price point. Of course, since it has all the TV functionalities, it also comes with a Magic Remote. With this remote, you can access your favorite streaming platform with a single press, control the monitor itself just like a TV, and even use voice commands to access programs and features effortlessly.

LEGO Sets

LEGO Sets

As a tech, lifestyle, and home channel, I feel like many of you love LEGOs as much as I do. It’s incredible how LEGO has made such a crazy comeback in our lives! It all started for me with the Porsche 911. Eventually, I also picked up the Kos, the Concord, the Ferrari Daytona, the McLaren, the G-Class, and even the Typewriter. Before I knew it, I had about five LEGO sets sitting unopened, just waiting to be built.

Honestly, I can’t think of a better holiday gift for people around my age—I’m in my late 20s. LEGOs were such a huge part of my childhood, and now, more than ever, adults are purchasing these sets, building them, and proudly displaying them around their homes. LEGOs bring back all the amazing memories from when I was a kid, and the joy is still the same. They grab my focus in the same way they did back then.

With the holiday season coming up, I’m looking forward to building all these sets. Plus, I enjoy posting the build process on my channels, which adds an extra layer of excitement. You can even purchase LEGO sets for your girlfriend or loved ones—the Botanical Collection has become a standout part of LEGO’s lineup lately. I love the creativity and beauty of the sets they’ve been putting out. They make for such unique and thoughtful gifts.

Loftie & Hatch Smart Alarm Clocks.

Loftie & Hatch Smart Alarm Clocks.

Another nice accessory that I use in all of my spaces is a smart alarm clock—one that provides a relaxing bedtime routine and a calm wake-up pattern. Two companies make them that I like. This one here is the Loftie, but there’s also the Hatch. They take very different design approaches.

The Loftie resembles a traditional alarm clock and is priced at around $160, although I frequently see it on sale, which makes it a great deal. It not only offers soothing sounds to help you unwind before bed but also features a light function that creates a soft glow. You can adjust the brightness settings to suit your preferences. Additionally, the app allows you to set specific routines and customize controls.

I love the Loftie for how subtly it displays the time. The brightness can be turned down, so I only see it when I want to. I also use the glow feature in the morning, which mimics natural daylight—something I find especially helpful since I often keep my blackout shades drawn even after sunrise.

The Hatch is another excellent choice. Its design makes it better suited for illuminating a larger room, thanks to its larger light surface. However, when it comes to the alarm clock’s core functionality, I find the Loftie to be more appealing and better suited to my needs. It’s my go-to option for creating a peaceful and personalized start and end to my day.

Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses

Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses

one of the best tech improvements this year is the Meta Ray-Ban glasses. I checked out the first generation, and honestly, it had a lot of good elements.

I love the design, in essence, with Ray-Ban being in charge of design and Meta being in charge of the tech, but the image quality just wasn’t very good. Even though that isn’t the gist of these products—it’s all about capturing the moment as raw as possible—I do care about video quality, especially if I’m going to be posting it on social media or integrating it into video.

I feel like this year’s model did make some meaningful improvements when it comes to image quality, and this is the result. I feel like sunglasses are already a great holiday gift, and this is just an easy product that is not only a great sunglass on its own, but it records a pretty solid video from a first-person perspective.

I can think of so many use cases, whether I’m driving, making food, playing with my puppy, or if you’re at, like, a kid’s birthday party. It just automatically can record with a press of a button or voice prompts. It also has a pretty good speaker as well, and, on top of that, even transfers everything to your phone automatically, so you can just review your moments and have it set to your camera roll right away without really having to think about it.

Lexar Professional Go Portable SSD

Lexar Professional Go Portable SSD

our smartphones capture incredible video and photos. You can use RAW functions as well as Apple ProRes log and take advantage of the beautiful full 4K video, whether you’re making cinematic videos, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and all that kind of stuff. But this allows you to be able to capture the footage a lot easier, not have to worry about using up all of your internal storage, and also be able to plug it into your computer to edit it much more easily, instead of having to AirDrop or upload everything to the cloud like I had to do before.

This is a little 2-terabyte SSD, and it is the Lexar Go Portable SSD with Hub. You can get it in a 1-terabyte or a 2-terabyte option. What makes it a little bit different from a traditional SSD that you can just connect to your phone is that it is so portable. You can either buy it as a single piece right here, or you can also get it with a hub, which mounts onto your smartphone in a very ergonomic way, stays out of the way, and has a little protective case. It also gives you the option to plug in additional power and accessories, such as a microphone or an external light.

So this is how it actually mounts onto my smartphone. so I can go around and capture video in ProRes log, and yeah, it records everything straight to here. When I want to go ahead and edit it, I can just disconnect it from here and plug this straight into my computer or wherever I choose to transfer to. You can also label everything accordingly and replace the label at any time.

So it is just the ultimate iPhone filmmaker accessory, and as someone who’s used up all one terabyte of my smartphone, I just find that this has been a game-changer.

Logitech MX Creative Console

Logitech MX Creative Console

Game-changer: a product that came out recently is the Logitech MX Creative Console, and the reason why this product came out is actually because Logitech acquired Loopdeck. There are also products out there, such as the Elgato, that utilize an intuitive interface, created for streamers, gamers, and creatives alike. I feel like the MX Creative Console sits right in the middle of that, but this allows you to just integrate this into your MX ecosystem and customize all the different tiles exactly the way you would like.

You can have different menus attached to it and not only be able to access quick commands, as well as system controls, but you can also use them with your favorite creative apps. Aside from just launching the application right away, they have native compatibility with the Adobe platform, for example, and I feel like that is the main one.

What’s cool about this is that you have this plugged in as your main into your computer. You have the tiles and everything displayed, and you can go through the different menus. However the MX Creative Dial Pad is completely wireless, which utilizes the Logitech wireless technology that they have on their peripherals, such as the MX Mouse. It gives you an intuitive interface to be able to control the dial, scroll pad, and the other customized buttons on the top and place it wherever is most comfortable for you.

Instead of having a large dial pad fixed to your desk in one location, being able to just adjust things on the fly and move around anywhere is what I think is so unique about the MX Creative.

Balolo Desk Setup Cockpit

Balolo Desk Setup Cockpit

Another really good recommendation I have for gifts is the Balolo Cockpit. It is easily the best way to be able to spice up your desk setup and give it a full revamp. I feel like even if you just go ahead and purchase the cockpit on its own, the ability for someone to add to the ecosystem in the future—whether it is a MagSafe stand, a dial pad stand, laptop stand, headphone stand, and so much more—is what makes the Balolo setup so much more unique.

From a quality standpoint, it is handcrafted in Germany using the best materials, such as walnut, metal finish, and felt. As I said, it serves as a great monitor stand for functionality, but you can add stuff like drawers, mounts, and hangers to be able to organize your desk specifically. They also make a wall option as well but as always.
