Hope you’re doing well. With the gifting and holiday season just around the corner, here are my picks for the best tech and accessories to gift—none of that gimmicky stuff that ends up in storage.
I’ll also be giving away one of the items on this list, so make sure you Read until the end for all the giveaway details.
There are a lot of cool gadgets and tech here that I’m excited to share—stuff I haven’t had the chance to talk about until now.
Whether you’re: Generously gifting for someone else, Treating yourself to something special, or Just curious about my favorite tech of the year, This list has it all.
Here are the best tech gifts.
Withings Hybrid Smart Watch
The Withings Hybrid Smartwatch stands out because it’s not your typical Apple Watch or fitness tracker. It’s technically a hybrid watch, featuring a traditional watch face paired with a small grayscale OLED display.
This watch is perfect for someone who wants basic health tracking without adding yet another screen or piece of tech to manage their daily life.
why it’s batter:
- Health and Sleep Tracking: It includes all the essential sensors for health monitoring and sleep tracking.
- 30-Day Battery Life: Unlike many other smartwatches, this one offers an incredible 30-day battery life. Charge it once a month for a few hours, and you’re good to go!
- Stylish Design: It looks like a sleek, traditional watch, making it a beautiful and minimalist accessory you can wear anywhere.
However, based on my testing, the tracking data isn’t the most accurate. Despite that, it still makes a fantastic gift for anyone who appreciates simplicity and elegance in their gadgets.
2 in-1 Tech Pouch
The Tech Pouch is a brilliant 2-in-1 organization system designed for travelers who value convenience and efficiency.
why it’s batter:
- Twin-Pouch Design: It features a detachable section for quick access to essential items, while the larger compartment holds everything else.
- Perfect for Travel: Keeping all your cables, cards, and accessories in one place makes traveling easier and stress-free.
One of the best features is the peace of mind it provides. You’ll never mix up chargers again—no more accidentally bringing a lightning cable when you need a USB-C charger (we’ve all been there!).
If you or someone you know travels frequently, this pouch is an excellent gift. I love mine so much that I’ve already gifted three of these to friends.
The Hollyland C
For capturing crispy b-roll audio, these are tiny 9g microphone buttons that you magnetically clip onto yourself or place by the sound source to capture 24-bit audio. They’re handy when capturing audio without showing the microphone in open shots like this one here. So, I use these more and more often for short-form videos, particularly on Instagram and YouTube, and yeah, they’re a great pickup for creators.
Cosmos 4K SE
my favorite projector, The Nebula Cosmos 4K SE projector stands out as one of the best portable projectors of the year.
- Massive Screen Size: It can scale up to a huge 200 inches, making it ideal for movie nights or gaming sessions.
- Hybrid Beam Technology: Combining laser and LED, it delivers 1,800 ANSI lumens, ensuring excellent brightness and vibrant colors.
- 4K Dolby Vision: The projector supports Dolby Vision, making it suitable as your main living room display with rich colors and enhanced contrast.
- Cost-Friendly Alternative: Compared to large OLED TVs, the Cosmos 4K SE offers comparable quality at a fraction of the price.
I’ve been using this projector on my balcony for gatherings with friends and family. Its portability makes it versatile—you can easily move it around the house, whether you’re watching a movie or playing games.
While it can’t compete with the brightness and deep blacks of OLED TVs, it still delivers impressive image quality for a much lower cost. The Google TV integration adds convenience, and its portability means you can enjoy a theater-like experience anywhere you want.
With Nebula’s end-of-sale discounts currently running, this is the perfect time to grab one.
Eight Sleep Pod 4 Ultra
The Pod 4 Ultra is a high-tech mattress cover designed to take your sleep quality to the next level, and 8 Sleep is sponsoring this segment.
- Advanced Temperature Regulation: This cover can cool each side of the bed down to a chilly 55°F or warm it up to 110°F, making it perfect for individual preferences.
- Smart Adjustments: The Pod 4 Ultra analyzes your sleep patterns and automatically adjusts the temperature throughout the night to optimize every sleep phase.
- Additional Features: It offers base elevation and other smart tech, essentially acting as a sleep coach, personal thermostat, and fitness tracker rolled into one.
8 Sleep claims that the Pod 4 Ultra is clinically proven to improve sleep quality by up to 1 hour each night, and based on personal experience, it has significantly enhanced my sleep and overall quality of life.
It’s easy to install—simply add it to your existing bed—and its features cater to both comfort and health.
- Price Point: It is one of the more expensive items on this list, making it a fantastic self-investment or a gift for someone truly special.
Exclusive Offer: Eight Sleep is running its biggest sale of the year, with discounts of up to $600 off a Pod 4 Ultra purchase. Don’t miss out if you’re interested in stepping up your sleep game.
Find My Leather Passport
A Couple of Cool Travel-Related Tech Gifts
This is a passport holder with integrated Find My tech that’s perfect for travelers who tend to leave things behind—like me.
- Vegan Leather Design: The holder is made from quality vegan leather and includes multiple card slots for added convenience.
- Find My Integration: Built specifically for iPhone users, the integrated Find My tech works seamlessly without requiring an AirTag.
- Long-Lasting Battery: It lasts for almost half a year on a single wireless charge.
- Affordable and Practical: At just $60, it’s a stylish and practical travel gift with added tech benefits.
Whether you’re buying for a forgetful traveler or looking to gift yourself, this passport holder is a thoughtful blend of utility and design.
Foldable Qi2 Stand
this travel-friendly foldable 3-in-1 charger is perfect for charging multiple devices on the go.
- Versatile Charging: The stand can charge a phone, earbuds at the bottom, and a compatible smartwatch on the back—all at once.
- Portable Design: Its unique feature is its ability to fold down into a flat pack, making it small enough to fit into your bag or even a pocket.
- Premium Build: Crafted from aluminum, with a vegan leather base and a silicone charging surface, it’s both durable and stylish.
This charger is an ideal gift for anyone who loves the convenience and sleek design while staying powered up wherever they go.
Quest 3S
If you’ve seen my review of the Meta Quest 3, you know I’m a big fan. The Meta Quest 3S is a more affordable version, making VR more accessible without sacrificing too much performance.
- Similar Performance: The Quest 3S uses the same chipset and RAM as the Meta Quest 3.
- Lower Cost: It achieves a lower price point by having a lower resolution and a narrower field of view, making it about half the price of the Quest 3.
- Great Entry-Level Option: For anyone on a budget, this is probably the best entry-level VR headset to dive into the world of virtual reality.
I’ve had an amazing time using this headset for gaming and socializing with friends. If you bring it to a party or a holiday gathering, it’ll undoubtedly be the star of the show. Just make sure there’s enough space to play—otherwise, the holiday roast might end up on the wall.
ROG Ally X
The ROG Ally X is a gaming handheld powerhouse, perfect for running AAA games like Call of Duty and Black Myth Wukong.
- Powerful Hardware: ASUS has packed this device with an AMD Ryzen Z1, 24 GB RAM, and a massive 1 TB storage capacity to store your entire gaming library.
- Seamless Gaming: I’ve personally logged 200 hours playing Black Myth Wukong on this device, and it handles everything flawlessly.
- Top Contender: Outside of the Steam Deck, this has to be one of the best gaming handhelds on the market right now.
If you know someone who’s a gaming enthusiast and loves portable devices, the ROG Ally X is guaranteed to impress. It’s a gift they’ll absolutely love!
Moving on to desk accessories, the keyboard and mouse are essential items for daily use and make for thoughtful, practical gifts. A great example is the Logitech MX Keys bundle, which I’ve been using heavily this year.
MX Keys Bundle
This one, right here, comes with the keyboard, the mouse, and a palm rest. So the bundle comes with the full-size MX Keys keyboard, MX Master 3s—which is arguably still one of the best mice on the market—and a decent-quality palm rest.
The MX Keys collection is known to be one of the best desk peripherals in the industry, and the keyboard and mouse are a great balance between quality, build, form, and function. There’s not much more to say about these together.
If you know someone who needs to spruce up their desk setup, these are a safe B together and a great addition to any desk.
Arc Ultra Soundbar
We all know how good the Sonos Arc is, but the Ultra takes it a step up as Son’s new flagship soundbar. It looks almost identical, but inside, it gets three more drivers, bringing it up to 14 drivers. They’re placed at certain angles to deliver 9.1.4-channel sound.
They’ve also finally added Bluetooth, and the touch controls have also been a great addition. Using this for a week now and comparing it to my original Arc, there is absolutely a difference in sound stage and sound quality, but it’s not miles and leagues better.
If you’re not bothered by the Sonos app faults and you’re looking for a new home theater system, the new Arc Ultra is absolutely one soundbar to look into. My favorite pair of headphones this year also
Ace Headphones
My favorite pair of headphones this year
Also, Ace Headphones happens to be from Sonos. The Sonos Ace headphones, minus the port integration into the Sonos app and ecosystem—we all know about that dilemma.
By itself though, these are seriously a great pair of headphones. The 40 mm dynamic drivers, lossless audio support, spatial audio, and incredible noise cancellation make this one of the best headphones on the market.
Plus, I personally think that these look amazing, and they’re one of the best-feeling headphones with a super elegant yet minimal design. I just love these and I’m keen to see if these can be bested by headphones next year—we’ll see.
The new Liberty 4NC Pro
Pro or the Liberty 4NC, I have worked with Sound in the past, but they’re not sponsoring this segment.
I genuinely do think that Sound makes earbuds that bat way above their price tag. From noise cancellation to sound stage design and comfort, these are great. You can squeeze up to 40 hours of playtime with the case, and speaking of the case—it just looks dope.
There’s a touch bar with a smart display integrated for a quick glance at battery life and also noise cancellation settings.
TerraMaster F8
this tiny little thing here—this is the TerraMaster F8. It’s the smallest 8-bay NAS system I’ve ever come across yet.
So, SSD NAS combines the best of both worlds. Being a NAS system basically means it’s storage that’s attached to a network and it’s accessible remotely. Supporting SSDs means the form factor is palm-sized and faster than your average hard drive.
This little beast is powered by an 8-core Intel CPU and 16GB of RAM, and once set up, it’s a file management dream. Being able to:
- Sync files across devices
- Create backups remotely
- Access them wherever you are
Think of it like a private cloud. This one’s great for remote workers or small businesses who need fast SSD storage and remote access. It’s been great ever since I set it up about a month ago.
Pixel 9
the best Google Pixel phone ever made. For a $799 entry-level flagship phone, this phone packs a lot.
It’s a phone with a beautiful 6.3-inch 120Hz OLED display, a bigger-than-average battery, great Gemini AI integration, and, of course, cameras that take very pleasing photos.
